By accessing and using the SwissWinss casino rewards platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. This agreement is governed by Swiss law and any disputes will be resolved in Swiss courts. Membership is available to residents of Switzerland who are 18 years of age or older. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not transfer or sell your membership to another person. We reserve the right to terminate memberships that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Points earned through our platform have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash. Points may be redeemed only for rewards available in our catalog. Points may expire if your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months. VIP tier status is based on lifetime points earned and recent activity levels. We reserve the right to modify the points earning structure, reward catalog, and tier benefits with 30 days notice to members.

SwissWinss operates as a rewards program in partnership with licensed casino establishments in Switzerland. We do not operate gambling services directly. All gaming activities must be conducted at licensed partner venues in compliance with Swiss gambling regulations. Members must be of legal gambling age (18+) in Switzerland. We promote responsible gaming and provide resources for members who may need support with gambling-related issues.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP) and applicable privacy laws. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information. Member data is stored securely and used only for platform operations, customer service, and promotional communications with consent. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data subject to our retention obligations.

Members must use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and these terms. Prohibited activities include: • Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation • Attempting to manipulate the points system • Sharing account credentials • Using automated systems or bots • Violating intellectual property rights We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the SwissWinss platform are owned by SwissWinss or our licensors. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. The SwissWinss name, logo, and brand elements are protected trademarks registered in Switzerland.

SwissWinss operates as a rewards platform and is not responsible for activities at partner casino venues. Our liability is limited to the value of unredeemed points in your account. We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to any member shall not exceed CHF 1,000 or the value of your unredeemed points, whichever is greater.

This platform operates in full compliance with Swiss gambling regulations and the Swiss Federal Gaming Board oversight. We partner only with licensed establishments. Members must comply with all applicable Swiss and cantonal gambling laws. It is the member's responsibility to ensure their participation is legal in their jurisdiction. We cooperate fully with Swiss regulatory authorities and provide required reporting on member activities.

We may modify these terms at any time with 30 days notice to members via email or platform notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of new terms. For material changes that affect member rights or rewards, we will provide 60 days notice and may offer members the option to close their accounts with full redemption of points.
